About Us

We are a dynamic, ethical and rapidly expanding team of highly motivated professionals serving the mortgage, banking and real estate industries. We also handle the individual document needs of any property owner, and do background checks for private investigators.

Timely Documents Inc was started about six years ago as a "one man band" title abstractor. Since then it has grown to a staff of 9 and is still growing.

This is due to our dedication to providing only accurately done searches delivered on time and because we know that the way to survive in any business is to be well organized, to give the best possible service and to be 100% ethical in doing so. Excellent document retrieval service to our customers is our most important priority.

We understand that different customers have different record retrieval systems and needs. We fulfill those needs for each individual customer, as we will for you.

Our staff are trained in-house and on the ground by experienced title abstractors and then apprenticed before they fill any orders by themselves.

All our document retrieval work is then quality checked before it is sent to the client.
